The movie, which is a sequel to the 2001 blockbuster hit Gadar, is being loved by the audiences in all corners. However, now a shocking piece of news has come forward. It is being reported that two people threw low-intensity bombs outside of a single screen theatre in Patna, Bihar, that was screening Gadar 2.
Yes, you read that right! According to a report by Bollywood Life, two low-intensity bombs were thrown near a theatre, Regent Cinema in Patna. The reports state that the suspects first caused a ruckus near the single screen and then threw the bombs, out of which only one burst. Thankfully, no casualties have been reported. Suman Sinha, the owner of the theatre, confirmed the news and informed Bollywood Hungama that the suspects wanted to black market the Anil Sharma directorial. He went to explain how they wanted to black market the tickets. When they weren’t allowed to do so, they tried to bully the staff. Talking about Gadar 2, it is a sequel to the blockbuster hit Gadar: Ek Prem Katha (2001). The is a partition drama, that follows the journey of Tara Singh who falls in love with a Pakistani Muslim girl Sakina. After they get married and have a kid, Sakina is forced to go to her country by her father, leaving her family. The father-son duo then goes to Pakistan to rescue her. The sequel focuses more on the father-son relationship between Sunny and Utkarsh Sharma. Released on August 11th, 2023, the movie is directed and produced by Anil Sharma.
